1. Whats the population in your town?

2. How Often do you hear Sirens going off.



Where I live New Britain (just outside of Hartford) is aprox 75,000
Where the GF lives (where im usually at) Hartford is aprox 1.1 million


I hear the sirens about everyday where i live (NB) cause i live right next to 4 project housings so you hear gunshots then you hear the police a coming

Where the GF lives I hear it everyday cause she has a firestation a block from here and also that she lives in a gang neighborhood theres always shit going on around here. always, just 3 days ago 40 gang members beat up some rivals who were in this neighborhood

Hear the police all the time !!!! Sirens I don't mind !! it's the damn cops in the sky that piss me off lighting up the night .Had some local shooting at the helicopter the other night

Sirens about ever 1-2 hours, about every 1/2 hour on weekends.

Past:
Perry, NY, Population: ~4500
Sirens maybe once a week...volunteer fire alarm every couple days or so

I live in the outskirts, so the only time i hear sirens is when its usually someone in our neighborhood, be it some kid breaking a leg or an elderly fallen and cant get up. now when i go to my girls house, she lives right in the middle of the ghetto and its like hourly you hear sirens. i love it, theres always shit going down in the ghetto.

Depends where you are in the city. The north east end is sketchy, along with some parts of downtown, but most other places wouldn't be much different than any other city in North America.

Theres about 70k here without students... around 95k with students.

I hear sirens 5-6 times a day, of course I live really close to the fire department, and my road is the route they take to get basically everywhere.

back in jersey... about 14k people

maybe once a month, if that, when you hear a police/ambulance/etc... maybe once a week when the fire station's alert siren goes off... but its a ways away so its not intrusive

Sirens are at least a daily occurance, most likely twice daily.

home - pittsburgh 334,563
college - psu 38,720

2. How Often do you hear Sirens going off.

home - average. i dont live in the greatest of neighborhoods in pittsburgh, but the police coverage is excellent. i think pittsburgh has one of the lowest crime rates in the country and the most police officers.. i think that has somethin to do with it.

psu - many times.. only on thurs, fri and sat tho haha

The closest town to me has about 350 ppl. It's pretty much a small berg. The biggest closest town has prolly 25,000.

I might hear sirens once every other week or so at the most.

I live in a town of probably 25-30k. I just heard sirens like 2 minutes ago. I hear them all the time because the local fire department is just down the road.
