Ok...here we go:
I have a write up somewhere, but I'll just do it here for future reference.
Door panel removal on a 94-2004 Mustang. This is for V6, GT, Cobra, and any other models, they are all the same interior.
First step. You push in on the bezel that holds the window switches at the point where the window switches are. It will take a little force and they are prone to break (both of mine are broken). There is also a clip on the back of the bezel towards the back of the car. This is a metal clip and is slightly difficult to remove.
Once you have this piece out of it's place you will notice the window switches are still attached. If you turn the piece over you will notice two screws holding it in place.

Take these two screws out and you can remove the bezel from the vehicle and put it in a safe place. Place the screws back in the bezel so you do not lose them. Move the window switches into the hole left from the bezel to keep them safe and out of the way.
Next, take the two screws out that are shown in this picture. They are phillips head as well.

The next thing you have to do is take out the "christmas tree" on the front of the door panel. You can see it in this picture: The easiest way to get this out is a forked tool or a flat head screwdriver and some patience followed by a pair of pliers.

From this point you do not need anymore screwdrivers. Just your hands.
You will pull up on the whole door panel and there are several plastic pieces that hold the door panel against the door. Just lift up on the door panel and you will feel it slide off of these and pull towards you. Now lift up on the panel and you can remove the door lock pin from the panel.
The next thing you will see is this (with the speaker still in it of course):
Remove the 4 screws (phillips head again) and remove the factory speaker from the door. Unhook the factory harness and either plug the harness into the new speakers if they are factory units or cut the factory plug off and connect the new wires.
What you should see now is something similar to this:
Now just put the door panel back on in the opposite order and you have it done.
Enjoy the sound.
