Ok, let's all get our ducks in a row here.
With a month until the meet, let's lay out our plans.
The plan is to leave baton rouge early friday morning and drive to starksville, MS to pick up brad (lowflyn) and aidan. Then we will cruise over to huntsville to meet up with everyone else.
I am figuring we leave...as much as it kills me to say it...about 5:00 am. This will put us in starksville probably around noon or so depending on traffic and what not...and put us in huntsville probably around 2 or 3 I guess.
I am still tossing around the idea of leaving thursday night for starksville and crashing at brads then heading to huntsville on friday. But, I am not sure how that will work for Justin with work or myself with bowling.
Anyhow...let's all hash this out.

My place is open guys. Just let me know.
And it'll be 3-4 hours to huntsville from here depending on who has the lead foot in the group on the interstate.

I know...odds are I will just stay up...anything before noon is a crap shoot with me.
But, I figure, if we are to get there at a decent time and not midnight...we need to leave early...plus, beat all the damn rush hour traffic that day.

We are going through birmingham and taking 65 from what I understand...so, technically, we could meet up with you as well and you could join the fun.

Once I get some confirmations on plans, I am hoping to be in the area by 1 or 2 at the latest.

I am up for whatever. Just let me know when and where.
And if you guys are just gonna drive straight to b-ham we can meet you in Meridian, that'll be more in your path of driving.

Ok, based on other developments, here is what I suggest about the drive over.
I suggest we meet up with Brad and Aidan in Meridian, MS on the 18th. We then meet up with Brandon and Herb in Birmingham, AL. Then we all cruise up to Huntsville to meet up with everyone up there.
Meridian is ~254 miles, or 3 hrs 43 mins, according to google. If we leave Baton Rouge around 6 am, we can be in Meridian at 10 am baring no traffic issues.
Birmingham is then another 147 miles, or 2 hrs and 15 mins from Meridian. A 10 am meetup in Meridian would put us in Birmingham around Noon.
So, here is the itinerary I am proposing.
Leave Baton Rouge around 5:00-5:30 am.
Meet up with Brad by 10:00 am in Meridian, MS.
Leave Meridian and meet up with Brandon and Herb by Noon.
Meet up with everyone else by 2:00 pm in Huntsville.
If this sounds good, then this is what we will plan on. Then, once everyone is together in Huntsville, we will all cruise over to the park.
On a related note, besides Kyle, who will be running a radar detector? Justin? Gabe?

Me getting up that early, Mr. Coffee will be a dear, dear friend of mine that day. I'm bringing beer though, and not a coffee maker...I will have to survive on gas station coffee.
