you will gain a bit of gas milage with it~ it looks better~ it gives you a bit of hp/tq~ and it makes the car sound a bit better so in the end its worth it just dont spend over 200 bucks for one.

thats WAY off... divide that by 4 and you might be somewhat close. For the 3.8 mustang a CAI is a CAI they all work about the same.
