if it is a bolt on kit then it will just bolt to the stock Y pipe, this really isnt true dual exhaust but the hp/tq gain wont be changed much regardless. it might not be quite as loud as a true dual exhaust setup~ but you wont have to have a fabrication made to convert it to dual exhaust.
For the bumper the tips will have to hang down lower so you will have to ahve the hangers altered to do this~ and it will look a bit out of place as said above.
You can have the exhaust custom done with 2.25 stainless pipe and have the Y pipe cut off for true duals and then you can run some nice long stainless polished tips angled up a bit out back to make it look good.
