What about a Vert Festiva thats been also sectioned in the middle too I swear this guy is nuts. Hes trying to find a B series motor and trans to throw in it gurenteed to run 11s but it'll not be in this festiva as this will serve as the "golf kart"

guess not. they are fucking anal here. helmets at anything 13.99 and faster. umm, so basically youre telling me stock LS1 and Termie guys need helmets during their daily commute?

i dont go to the track much, too many rules. IMO if it has a way to start moving, a way to stop moving and a way to keep it in a straight line, it can race. drivers fill out forms that release any liability to the track anyways, so whats with the rules? if they want to race a 9 second car with no safety equipment, let them! darwin has a sense of humor too.

Their idea of track safety down here is to make you put your beer in the cup holder before you make a pass... . Okay, it's not quite that bad (or good). 7.9's or faster and you've got to wear a helmet. As far as I know, that's the only rule.

They just made me return the fuel tank I was borrowing for the race fuel before making a pass.

As a matter of fact the guy running it stopped me in the staging lane so I could get it to him.

Back home...as long as you pay the money they don't care what you do. You have big lifted trucks covered in mud on 38 inch mud tires doing burnouts and trying to go down the track, coating everything in mud.
