F/A-18s are cooler than F-16s.

Opinions are like what? I do have to admit, 18's are way easier to refuel than 16's. The SPR is where you have to point the hose straight up on the 16 and the 18 is on the side of the nose..
Everyone has their favorite plane...... I still want us to get a Super Hornet in for a career day or an airshow. We haven't gotten one since I've been in TA.

Tom Cruise/Maverick + F14 > *
though honestly, F22 Raptor takes the cake for most awesomest plane created, evar (that we know about). im waiting till we get a next-gen SR71 though, one with weapons and stealth. that would be the shit.

F-14 = POS compared to other modern day fighters. Sorry but it does, thats why they retired it.
The Raptors are bad ass, but the things are huge, their like the GT500 of fighter aircraft.
Your going to be waiting a long time for a new SR-71 equivalent.

yeah but thats just a normal F14. were talking one piloted by Maverick. it automatically gets a 10x multiplier to every system onboard to make it a god-plane. it also gets a 2x damage multiplier, and if ICEMAN is his wingman, he gets a 25% damage reducer to all planes in the formation.
btw im really bored.

yea, F-22's are huge, but aren't they extremely agile and maneuverable as well? I could be wrong but i think they are more like a gt500 with the handling of a ferrari
