Tinting Taillights

I was thinking of making my smoked taillights darker as they arent "smoked" enough for me
was wondering if I should just go ahead and use spray tint or actually tint the insides of the taillight
Thoughts, suggestions?

from the examples ive seen the spray tint sucks

Do not use spray tint i repeat do not use spray tint. I had my own window tinting business for years and it is crap use film and cut it yourself or like Herb said get the autobadges kit  |

member guys this is on LX lenses, is that stuff just tint itself? how do you guys install it on? cause if its just regular tint ill tint them bad boys myself.

The stuff from autobadges and other ppl for taillights is actually a translucent black piece of thick vinyl. It actually took effort to get it to stay on the curve of the taillights b/c it was so thick.

Yea you can use a hairdryer or a heatgun to help it shrink to the curve of the lense on low heat and it will help it dry faster and stick a little better |
