You will get people telling you to get flowmaster, get magnaflow, get borla, get slp, get bassani, get mac.
Personally, I would look around at different exhaust clips from other cars and decide what sounds good to you from there.

There are many opinions. You will need to listen (best if in person) to other peoples cars to get an idea of what you should look into.

you can register to Mustang Exhaust and listen to a shitload of exhaust clips for various setups.
it all comes down to personal preference and the sound you want, you can achieve a mellow deep sound all the way to an exotic defined sound.

Borla will give you a nice loud deep growl like it does on my cobra...standard magnaflow will give you a nice mellow tone like it does on my 02 GT...the other magnaflow option will be like my borlas with a nice deep growl and loud as hell when you get on it...yet tame when not on it.
SLP is for GM...run away...raspy...not good. Chokemasters are bad...mmmmkay.
I say either Magnaflow if you want to go mellow....or borla if you want loud and deep....just like she said.
Or, you could do bassani which is like the borla only a little bit louder and not as mellow down low.

Borla is like, herbstang high.
Very VERY expensive. If you want loud, go SLP, but like lowflyn said, check around and listen to clips, or if you hear a stang you like the sound of, go ask them what they are running.
