when you guys are working out? I've got a pretty big list of songs, I just wanna know if there's anything I might be missing and would love to be listening to when I'm doing my cardio.
I'll post a few of mine
CKY - 96 Quite Bitter Feelings
Fluke - Absurd {Whitewash Edit}
Bubbles - Bidibodi Bidibu
The Crystal Method - Born Too Slow
Prodigy - Breathe
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
My Chemical Romance - The Ghost of You
Slipknot - Wait and Bleed
Just a few, I've got 54 in my playlist. I like to listen to songs that I can get lost into. I looked around on the net and couldn't find any that I liked. Most were songs that were slow and never really picked up. They were inspirational sure, but when I'm doing cardio I need blasting music (A good example is the My Chemical Romance - The Ghost of You). It works really well considering they did a music video all WW2 based and I get lost into thinking I'm one of the soldiers running up Omaha's Beach.
I dunno, it's how I do it, and I do cardio for a full hour. (About 700 calories in that hour)

Whatever they have on the radio at the gym. Usually our local Classic Rock station. With me, some music pumps me up, but once I've heard it several times, it completley loses it's effect on me.

i knew a dude once who worked out to mp3's of girls orgasming. dude was huge into bodybuilding and wanted to be in the world strongman competitions, so i guess it worked for him.
i dont work out, but if i get really pissed or fed up with shit ive been known to just start running until i cant run anymore, the only thing i listen to is the emotions inside that keep me running. im emo sometimes too......

I listen to the same shit I listen to when I'm not working out. The only difference is when I listen to it working out, I'm usually working out. When I'm listening to it and not working out, I'm usually not working out. But if I'm about to work out and listening to it, or just finished working out and listening to it, then that's kinda its own little classification. Kinda like the time we installed the satellite dish on my fridge.
