They should, I believe a Fox will accept a 9" wide wheel on the front, and their made for 87-93 Mustangs so I would say yes they will fit.

They'll fit. If I were you, I'd consider a little wider tires though for that 9 wide wheel. I put 255/40/17s up front and 275/40/17s out back on 9" 2003 Cobra wheels on my fox.

Really, the best way to do it is to put a 17x8 in the front with a 245/45/17 and a 17x9 in back with a 275/40/17, but I understand that not every wheel you may be interested in comes in the right sizes...
