Theft Light?

So it's doing the blinking thing again. So I took a video of it. Any ideas on what is causing this? It started off blinking really fast (On & Off) and then slowed down to this.

I know if the CEL does it that it can be linked to a transmission issue. I have no idea about the brake light though unless a sensor is going bad and thinking its on/off all the time.

It only does it every once in awhile, too.

It happened again tonight. I counted.

171 rapid blinks.

Then...

7 blinks.
5 seconds of no blinks.
1 blink.

Repeated a few times and then stopped.

I asked Justin at VMP and he said it was probally the transponder in the column.
