next mod? HELP

Ok.. so i'm wired up due to pain medication (root canal done ICK) ...been surfing online looking for my next mod!
Under the hood is about 90% done. Just pulled the Alum. tanks and having them polished out should get them back tomorrow or friday. Gonna be doing some small stuff here on out like FRPP coil pack covers and changing some hoses out to stainless steel ones..changing out some of the fittings and hose clamps to the anodized red/blue.
Im thinking about either getting a new CAI or Chrome for the inside or maybe pulling my plastics out of the car and having them done in a carbon fiber finish. Or maybe new brake rotors?
Not really sure WHERE to go from here. I'd Like to start doing some perfromance mods but with gas going so high I'm not sure it would be a good idea. Anyone got any ideas where to go from here? I like anything thats show and anything show and go.

You have a good bit of mods already.
How about a Whipple/KB or maybe a ported Heaton. Of course you would then need to upgrade your fuel system, but what would keep you bizzy with the mods for a while and would give you huge gains. Maybe you could look into getting a built short block before you add a new blower if your pockets are deep.

Never thought I would be stuck and at a stand still looking for a new mod! lol

Before you can actually use the hp/tq you will gain from a ported or upgraded supercharger you need to fix wheel hop and other suspension issues with full bushings in the rear and if you plan to beat on it some upgraded level 5 halfshafts as well as some other this and thats.

If you are doing coil covers...do these ones: Fore Precision Works, LLC
They are pre-slotted for the JLT intakes so they don't rub and yo can get them engraved anything you want and can get them in any color you want as well (will cost a little more if no one wants to get the same color, but it would be custom).
The bushings are a definite must. The SVTP ones JROC mentioned are your best bet. They are the same as the maximum motorsports ones, only about $300 cheaper. Suspension is a definite if you want to up the power. Level 2 half shafts should do you instead of the 5's if you want to save a few hundred.
Seats would be a nice show item. Some nice corbeaus would be good. I could send you my $30k spread sheet of mods to give you some ideas if you want.

Theres a few differences bubba.
The MM kit comes with adjustable Tie Rod Ends, Polyurethane Swaybar Bushings, and adjustable Sway Bar End Links, and Bruces kit doesn't. The only one of these parts that you will need to buy are the Tie Rod Ends to adjust the Bumpsteer. I would recommend either the PHP if you have the money, PHP IRS Toe Link Bars or Kenny Brown(AKA Engineered) Tie Rod Ends. Engineered IRS Rear Steer Kit 1999 2004 Cobra at v8power.com The MM ones are very nice but they use the factory rods which are known to be rather weak. I was going to get the KB ones but the only place I know that sells seem doesn't answer phone calls and their site or paypal wouldn't accept my credit card so I went with the MM ones, and I will strengthen the factory rods. If you want the Polyurethane Swaybar Bushings, and adjustable Sway Bar End Links they are not very expensive. Also MM uses Delrin bushings for the control arms and Poly bushings for the subframe. Bruces kit uses all Delrin bushing(except for the differential bushing which are aluminum) which is a plus over the MM kit. Both are great kits though.

Like i Said bubba....the bushings are the same only you save about $300. After picking up the missing parts from the kit you still save money. If it comes down to a mod on the cobra, I am sure I can talk about it unless it is turbo related. I have been researching the stuff for 4 years now since I got the car....I have many detailed spread sheets of kits and their ins and outs...what is and is not included...comparison type stuff.

Your right their very simular, just that MM uses poly bushings in the subframe and bruce uses Delrin for his subframe bushings. This is the biggest difference.
Delrin is a much harder, more expensive plastic than Polyurethane.
