Rattle

HEy guys does Duck Tape work to stop rattling and if so how do i put it on license plates and where in teh trunk

I would use all 4 bolts to hold the plate on to see if it fixes it first, if this does not then you will need to put something behind it, maybe a piece of dynomat.

An easy trick to fix a license plate rattle is to use 4 screws on it first off and take the cardboard center from a used toilet paper roll, flatten it and put it behind the plate. This will eliminate any license plate rattle you may have.

Hey guys wat else can i use like around the house to Eliminate my SPoiler frmo Rattling and basically my whole trunk i duck taped it up and it worked a lil any other ideas plz get back to me thx.

yeah why dont you just go and buy some dynamat and just dynamat the trunk lid?

Really, its not that expensive and I will bet my car that it looks better than duct tape.

you can also use 3M double sided tape on the side edges for extra adhesion and dampening in conjunction with the 4 bolts. you can also put a few strips in the middle just in case. alot cheaper than dynosuck (which is just a logo'd version of an industrial material called "Insulwrap" that is shitloads cheaper)

I found out the rattling is from a peice of wood or cardboard that is covering my tire wat should i do right now only thing that helps is putting something heavy on it willl dynomat even fix this
