4.6 swap in to f150

i found a complete 4.6 DOHC with trans and rear end in the junkyard and picked it up cheap. i've got a 89 f150 that i want to drop it in. if anyone has any knowledge on this swap let me know.

Sorry, but you may be a little hard pressed to find any info on the swap you are suggesting, and you may have to make stuff up as you go. Then you can share the information you have gathered with others.

Or you could just settle for a stroked 351 or something.

I would thing that most of the stuff you would use is mustang front end stuff.

But I'd definately rather throw money at a 351W than a 4.6 DOHC.

you will have to do a lot of modification! motor, trans, shifter linkages, driveshaft, ecu, tune, fuel delivery, gauges, exhaust,probably steering shaft, etc. etc.
