86 Stang

I have an 86 mustang with 5.0, new engine and transmission, car is toast been crunched. What is the latest model chassis I can put this engine and trans in without major mods or computer changes?

Any '86 to '88 T-Bird or Cougar that had a 5.0.Just install the engine and exhaust,install the Stang computer and go.It takes all of 5 minutes to swap the computer if you take your time.OR,Any speed density Stang,'86-'88.No mods,no computer swapping,just swap in your drivetrain.

of course... beyond that, the motor and trans itself are near direct boltins to other fox body years.. if you use preexisting sensors and such
