It doesnt really say, it says someone thinks that my old pair of jeans "infringes their copyright, trademark, or other rights. "
my pair of jeans freaking INFRINGES their RIGHTS.
well if my jeans infringes their rights they should be locked up in a metal institution.

Ha ha, Ebay = Gay. You can sale a half-eaten sandwich from lunch 2 years ago, but you can't sell a good pair of jeans....What's up with that?

The infringment is in the copyright name. nothing more. If the header called out the companies name that is a partner ( paid to have controll of there name on ebay). They are worried you are selling knock offs most likely

And yeh, MAC would make a killing off of doing that. They could charge like a dollar for each one on there and make a couple of thousand in a week.

i actually like that rule. i sold my passport 8500 on ebay for like $250 (bought it for 220 on ebay). when i listed it i stole all the pictures off escort.com (they have some "protection" where you can't right click, took me about 2 seconds to copy those pictures) well my auction sold for $250, and AFTER the auction was over, they said it was copyright infringment, but the guy already paid, so all that happened was i didnt have to pay the $8 fees. it was great
