Got ? For Install Of Air/Fuel Gauge

Is any one familiar w/ installing a Air/Fuel gauge on a 99 sixer conv. I understand the part to hook up the power to the gauge but what i'm confused is on where or how to hook the line for the o2 sensor  . The instructions dont help to much  . I'll post the wiring outline tomorrow to c what you guys think.. Please help me on this i hate to have to take it to get installed at a shop.. thanks

I think they just splice into the existing O2 sensor. Either way they are not accurate.

A A/F gauge is a light show and thats it..Get a true wideband if you wanna know the a/f

Yeah thats what the guy at the peformance shop i buy it from said too. But my plan was have this guage mounted on my A-Pillar just for looks and my SCT Live wire Tuner has a A/F monitor on it i belive.

If you call the ford dealership they can look up which wire on the O2 sensor for you to splice the green wire in. I did a while back and they told me but i have forgoten |

sell it and buy your self a pyrometer that will be TONS more helpful then that A/F you have

Just called em and the guy from parts dept said he had no idea so xfer me to service dept and the guy said bring the car own and will install it for you for $65 an hour and he said it a probaly take 3 hours to hook it up. I said just want to know which wire he said i'd have to bring it in to have it installed that bastard

Ah man thank you thank you that exactly what i needed i wish i got the response that thread got but anyway thank you Man i fill like a idiot i didnt even think of searching the threads i searched all over the internet like a million times and didnt find shiitt, posted this ?? on about a dozen forums w/ no response. I am gonna go hook that light show baby up tomorrow hopefully i get it workin. Thanks again bro

that sucks cause that biotch is bright should have wired it in with the dimmer switch so you can control that brightness
