 2: Who would even volunteer to have the chemical tested on them? Maybe they could try it on some of those Al Quata Terrorist in Guantanamo Bay. Know that would be funny.
Maybe next they can build a bomb that will make the brown noise.  |

i wouldnt put it past them, some of those scientists come up with the most off the wall ideas for weapons. but it is thinking outside the box like that, that would get those nice weapons that change the world. Think back to Tall Boy or the A-Bomb etc etc etc.
