Need Advice-Baker Electorics-Window Switch RWS/ARWS

I was going to bUy this from a guy but i never heard of the brand can someone give me Advice on it -Baker Electorics-Window Switch RWS/ARWS
The guy wants $20 shipped for is it worth it? Cause a ZEX or NX window switch are like $160.00 new and this one is only $40 new
