It is normally a timed procedure. You are given specific instructions and depending on where you hit certain targets, you are given more points.
So yes, depends on both time and accuracy.
I suggest anyone who currently owns/carries a pistol or plans on having one in the future get involved with your local shooting club so you can gain both skill and accuracy.

Yep, there's a lot of responsibility that comes with carrying a pistol. One responsibility is to be sure that you are proficient.

Yea I dont belong to a club but I have a membership at my local range and I go at least twice a month and fire a few rounds
