Question on eng light

hey guys. i got a camshaft sensor code so i replaced my sensor. I disconnected the battery, then re-connected it and did the driving procedure. No light (YAY). i go eat dinner then get back in it to cruise and the lights back on. It still runs better than it used to. Any comments or suggestions gentlemen?

Go to your local auto parts store and see if your throwing another code

yeah, ill probably do that tomorow. i heard somewhere that it might be the alternator going to crap and throwing false codes but i dont know how true that is.
