The V10 mustang in MM&FF did not use the 6.8L V-10. It was basically a 4.6 with an extra set of cylinders added on. It took the displacement to 5.8L, which is why they named it the Boss 351. The 2001 6.8 only made 310 hp since it was a 2V. The new ones make 360 now since they went with 3V heads. They are also iron block, which will make it heavy. I think you would be able to get a lot more power from rebuilding the 4.6 thats in it now. If the 6.8 would by some miracle fit, i think you would be pretty limited in aftermarket parts too.
