OK so I am looking at getting a new exhaust, and I want the best there is. If money was not an option which exhaust should I get? I want good sound, and good power gains too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I personally LOVED my borla it was a nice mellow tone and didnt get ricy up high on the RPMs like flowbastards do.

How much do you think you would want for the used exhaust?

its all opinion on what works best, i strongly suggest listening to clips on mustang sites and perhaps streetfire and such to narrow down what you are looking for.
I have borla stingers and I like them but... they pop a but and dont rumble as much as say flowmasters (but flowmasters suck for flow)

Borla is definitely awesome exhaust. I just got the mufflers and had a shop weld them in. Worked fine for me, but I already had the H-pipe.

I have a question. I am considering replacing my entire exhaust and Borla was at the top of my list. People keep saying that GT Take offs are a good starter for duel exhaust but others say that aftermarket mid pipes won't fit. Now if mid pipes from a GT work than why can't aftermarket replacements for the GT not work for the six?

The GT midpipe will not fit. However, the cat-back system (what is referred to as the GT takeoff system) will fit.

883 dollars?????????
It better be made of gold or diamond for me to do that. I don't have that much in my whole exhaust from engine back.

the dr gas x pipe can be modified to link v6 headers to an aftermarket exhaust. i'd considered doing that instead of replacing my whole exhaust
borla is still for sale, btw
