Help with 95 Cobra

Do you have to change the computer in a 95 cobra to do a head , cam , intake swap? What is a good set up for a 95 cobra?

A stock 94-95 EEC shouldn't have to be changed when doing H/C/I with a good tune .I've read where some have change to aa stock A9L which some say is better than a stock 94-95 EEC.
but a tuned 94-95 EEC is just as good as a tuned A9L ...so a tune with The H/C/I swap should do it
