Will 19" or 20" rims fit on a 03 mustang?

They will both fit. I have seen them both with the right tires.

They will fit, there are several here in town that have them. I think the proper question would be, why do you want to put 20's on an 03? Go 18s, those will be plenty big enough.

that's one thing that i will say about the S197 that i am sure you will all agree with...they are probably about the only mustang ever made that can actually pull off a 20" rim and look really good...not that i would ever go above 18"'s anyway, but they do look good with a 20...

I agree...I think it is because the 05+ is so much bigger in general that the rims don't look monstrous.
That is a good point as well.

18s on 94-04 is as big as it needs to be. The 05s are much larger cars and the wheel area is just made to take bigger wheels.

I'm trying to get Jesse Jackson's attention so he can sue me and get the site more exposure.
On topic, I think it looks like shit. Especially when they look like the one Matt posted.

Which will probably get ford to sue you because the site title has mustang in it and jesse will immediately associate the site with ford so he can go after them for some more extortion money.

There is no such thing as "bad" publicity...or so it seems...
