Hey all, my v6 has been running a little bit sluggish the past few months. I cleaned the cai, changed the oil, checked the plugs and they all seem fine. I do have a chip that was used to re-tune the car when I purchased an auburn posi unit and 3.73 gears. Any ideas?
Also, I am going to be purchasing 17x8 bullit rims for my mustang soon....will I have to re-calibrate my speedo for the change in wheel/tire size?

Got my Chip from justin at VMP tuning. Also, I know our v6's a re sluggish to begin with, but I figured after a new posi unit and geazrs it would wake up more than it has. Any other ways to make the car not feel so sluggish? I mean, Cars I should be walkin' over stay pretty close sometimes... and yes, I do know how to drive, lol.
Also, I don't believe I am throwing any codes

Do you have bigger rims? Ever since I put on my 18s I feel like I am towing a boat when I take off.

Nope, not yet. I still have the stock rims on mine. I'm pretty sure It's just because our cars are just sluggish, lol but I thought I wouldn't hurt to ask around a bit.

Well, until my '98 hits 2500 RPMs, it's dead weight.

Make sure the MAF senser and TB is clean. The liitle wire inside the MAF somtimes gets crap on it. I'm not sure that it would produce a code or not if it was but it can sure mess with your air/fuel mixture.
