Adjustable Lower Control Arms

So I have been browsing on StangSuspension.com and building for wish list when I came across these lower control arms. Can anyone tell me what the real benefit of these would be on a street car? I want to occasioanlly go to the Auto-X event, but not every week. I also like driving my car really hard sometimes.

I think adjustable LCA's are mainly for cars with coil overs as the spring sits on top of the LCA in non coil over setups (OEM design)

I need to invest some time in researching the upper control arms on our cars. I know they bind and I know that urathane or really any upper control arm will also bind and thats just bad... most say rubber HD cobra uppers are the best way to go for the street as they allow flex but help as well (as much as they can) perhaps adjustables that allow the twist to happen freely would remove bind~ just not sure.

Well, I had my car up on a lift today and I got to see all of the control arms so it made it a little easier to understand what was going on.

I would imagine that with the LCAs and a pan bar setup it would benefit you with better traction and you probably would have the "lose rear end" feel in turns. I heard they are good for drag but they probably benefit in autox too. Lighter then the stock ones so thats a plus and they look cool. Saw a camaro with a nice suspension set up and he had aluminum control arms in the back and they looked sweet with the car. Make sure you get the polyurethane bushings though.

Derlin bushings are better than poly. Also spherical bushings on the LCA's are much better than just sticking poly bushings in a stiff LCA arm.
