i have the PC game magic the gathering.. the old dos based one (i think its DOS at least)... not the online one.

Exactly, if I could post up the Comprehensive rule book, he would be pleasantly surprise that it does take some knowledge to play. Getting started is easy, it's putting together a deck that is a bitch.
EX. I have built two decks this weeks and can get them to work, but for some dam reason, my wife went and bought a theme deck, took out 10 cards, swapped three, and made a 50 card deck, and it beats just about everything I put together.......... SO FUCKING ANNOYING!!!!!!

I got out around weatherlight (started to suck) but now it seems good as it was back in the day when I played.
I should not have sold my crap... I regret it everytime I get my cards out now.
Block is what I am into right now (the 3 main sub sets aka not 10th edition but the sub sets that go with it)

I will admit, when I was younger I wanted to be a magician just like Houdini. How many magicians get chicks though? Then David Blaine came years later and I really didn't want to be a magician anymore. David Blaine = Über Lame Magician. Why do you all want to be magicians?
