the 05+ auto trans. is a 5 speed. what I'm trying to find out is what gear is 1:1 3rd or 4th? cause I dynoed my car in 3rd & the #s seemed low

I believe 4th is 1:1 in the 05+....I will double check right quick.

With how big of a shot? Damn, that is way low for anything under a 75ish shot...

BUt yeah, if you pulled in 3rd...stuff will be all out of wack. Where did you do this pull at? And don't say thunder....they are brain dead when it comes to non GM.

ya it was dynoed at Thunder I know thay don't know shit about my car but I have delt with them for a long time and they treet me real good and that run was with the 150shot

Then I am not surprised about their not knowing 4th was the dyno gear....

They are great for GM stuff...they are not too great with ford stuff. Hell, they blew me off for 2 hours when I had my car dynoed there when I first installed my 2.76 upper...I even called 3 weeks prior and set the appointment...which they graciously overlooked and scheduled some firebird or camaro for 3 days straight for some tuning after a built motor was installed. Then they were pissed at me for showing up because it meant they had to pull that thing off the rollers. They did my pulls in 15 mins....back to back to back to get me out of the way again.

can't lie I've heard some horror stories I guess they treat me good because when they have some crazy off the wall problem or need to get something warrentied they call me. I guess one hand washes the other. they probley don't even know it's a 5 speed. I guess I have to it redynoed

Go to Cody...just get the dyno runs...shouldn't be more than $50ish if you just say you want to see where it is at...

Although...I am also working on him to do another dyno day where it will be $40 for 2 pulls....

let me know if the dyno day happens. Shane is going to Dyno my car for free in exchange for changing the air bag coil in his CTS-V

Actually if it was run in third, the tq multiplier would be higher, and the numbers would actually read high.

ya it can't be right. the dyno #s don't match the 1/4ml ET #s. 365rwhp/310rwtq don't usualy=12.15ET
