I've read yours  some of the people I work with make your customer look like genius !!!
Example : Had one user call me from the Rhode Island Office. She's forgotten her password !!! (She only change it Monday 7/16/07) But she kept trying to login and after the 3nd failure she gets locked out. so I unlock her account setup a temp password ,email her the temp password and instruct her to change her password once she logs in cause the temp password is only good for 12 hr 10 minutes later she calls back her account is locked again !!!! I unlock it stay on the phone with her this time and I ask her to log in using the temp password I sent her and her reply was "Oh was I suppose to use that password "
