Basically he bought some parts from someone that lives near me I picked them up and packeaged them at no charge and shipped tham to him and he never paid me for the shipping costs and is ignoring my e-mails and PM's

unless of course its true and he really is broke but with the intention of paying you back at a later date with maybe some interest that could be negotiated. hopefully everything will resolve itself.

Should he not have told him that he was broke before the transaction though? I would think something could have been worked out from the start instead of just ignoring people.

that really sucks, but blue has been around here for a long time and always seemed straight. So maybe he got hurt at work or had a family problem seeing as he hasnt been on here for a long time. So lets hope that this is why he hasnt gotten back to you.

I got a reply from him and he is planning on making good with me.
He replied to my e-mail with this which is understandable.
Hey man Im so sorry for taking so damn long here as of late, Its been a very
hetic last 2 weeks. This is not something a Typically do at all i swear. My
grandfather just passed away the end of last week and on top of that I just
started up a new job where I had to leave the state for training.
I just hope you dont think im ducking or anything cause I swear it wasnt
EVER my intentions at all. Im going to try to have my GF go in for me either
today or tomorrow to get me a MO and Ill have a tracking number and all for
you very soon.
Again i seriously seriously apogolize for this, again it was never my
intentions for taking this long at all
Hopefully you can understand the whirlwind of my life at the moment
Ill get back to you by this weekend
Again im sorry for this delay
