aftermarket high-flow cats are only for legality purposes (ie no fines for running no cats), high-flow catalytics will NEVER pass the sniffer. been there, done that.
you either need a set of MIL's or you need to disable the rear o2's completely in the tune itself, which if you dont have a programmer or whatnot, youre basically stuck with picking up a set of MIL's. what happens is the rear o2's function is to check for operation of the catalytics, they correlate data with the upstream (front) o2's and discern wether the catalytics are working correctly or not. sometimes they never realize it, other times they pull the CEL right off startup if you run no cats or even high-flow cats, there are alot of variables in this situation. something as simple as a few degrees change in weather, barometric pressure, etc., have been enough for the ecu to now realize whats going on.
Try to get us the actual codes (like P0034) or whatever. "Oxygen Defiencency" doesnt sound like the standard oxygen sensor obdII description.
