Need an Intercooler

I have one of those Vortech V6 superchargers that for what ever reason was not offered with and intercooler. Im running apx 12-13psi on a built engine. It makes a large amount of heat- IAT is apx 195 degrees! This causes the computer to pull out alot of timing (for safety purposes). Does anyone know of a company of person that makes custom intercoolers for this app. I have already got a Snow meth/water boost cooler but wonder about its effectiveness and cost of refilling (it is not yet installed). Any help would be greatly app.

vortech makes one that will work, and I have seen some custom ones out there (but they have a ton of tubing assoc. with them)

dig around on sites that sell vortech kits and I am sure they will have some kits for it.

Talk to Auto Badges as he sells a kit for it, it is pricey though.

Thanks, vortech told me on the phone that they dont make one. The rep said one of the aftercoolers could be adapted but they are like over a grand. how hard would it be to fab one using an SVO/Tbird tcoupe one?
