have any of yall ever put on the outside rear view mirrors before??... i kindaaa knocked one of mine off the other day backing out of the garage

You will need to pull the little sail panel off on the inside. If you look where the door panel stops at the top there is a little triangle shaped piece at the front of the door. This piece pops off, there are a few bolts in there and it comes right off.

i thinkk i know the piece that your talking about... my window used to be off track and pop it off all the time...driving like this sucks so bad it feels like im back driving my old 68... thanks for the info
