Well, I finally went and ordered my throttle body. Billetflow is finally taking orders for them...and I have my order in.
Here is what it will look like when it gets here...I'll finally be able to use my accufab plenum...and hopefully hit that 525 hp mark.

I'll be shortening the cable if need be when it comes...right now I am too busy working on kyle's and Chrissy's cars to mess with my own.

Tell billetflow they need to make a TB for the S197 damn it!!!
Do you know of anyone that makes a "quality" TB for the S197 besides BBK and Granatelli?

I want one before they go out again... but I think a pulley or lowering the car will come before it.

Form what Cody at shanghi said on the S197 unless you have big cams or boost a TB doesn't do jack for the S197

Smurfie, do you think the new Billetflow is better than the current Accufab one i have?
i have what feels like a sticky pedal (i had this same thing with the MAC TB on my GT) when the pedal is fully out (0% throttle). it takes extra effort to get it to move and once it does it snaps to like 1/4 throttle and then the whole car lunges forward like youre a n00b driver, ive compensated for it by feathering the clutch. this condition only occurs if im at a light for a while, like the tb gets hot and the shaft expands when the plate is closed and whatnot.
if the BilletFlow is equal or better, a Redfire one is a must.

Yes. They have updated the cam profile to improve throttle reponse and have improved the idle quality as well. They did a ton of research on this unit...and testing based off their old unit...and this will be better than the accufab. Hell, their original was better than the accufab, and this one is better than that one.
