Hey guys, name is Jeremy, from Baton Rouge, La... i'm not much of a ford person but i do love the hell out of some fox-body's and have the pleasure to build and ride in many custom fox-body's out there including my uncles 89 saleen.
I know a couple of people on here, i can't really remember what their screen names are but just decided to drop in and say wuts up. I know an ok amount of mustang stuff, but would really like to learn more in hopes of maybe one day building my own fox-body.
As for right now... this is my obsession...

i don't know man, guess it just wasn't for me, a guy from michigan offered to take it off my hands for more than i paid for it, and i told him i wasn't going anywhere to sell it, so he said he would drive down and come pick it up, and the rest is history.
Took the money from the sale, sunk it into the motor and bought the truck with money i had saved up and i'm on my way to a mid 12 second truck. hopefully low 11's on juice.

I wish, it was a metallic blue with the silver saleen stripes on the fender. Minor internal engine work, cam, intake all the good stuff. It was deffinetly a runner, my uncle sold the car and bought my dads previous car which is a 89 malibu station wagon with a 350 which is also gorgeous.
Last i heard about the saleen, the guy who has it runs the piss out of it at the local race shop with two giggle gas bottles where the spare tire goes, but he will never admit to it.
I however am not dumb cause you can't hide nitrous solenoids, nor can you drown out a purge.

woohoo! it's in! radiator clearance is great, HEI distributor clearance is great... just waiting for my headers to come in as well as transmission, to test the driveshaft. I'd rather cut the driveshaft to fit than to beat the firewall or anything like that.
I used the radiator from a 1986 Chevy Corevette, it has 1" cooling holes rather than three smaller holes, and it is aluminum, as well as being 140 bucks from work with a lifetime warranty. It should have no problem running cool.
It is mounted in the forward section of the core support where the a/c condensor would be, i think if i would have tried to go with a/c i would have ran short on space.
take a look...

hehe you would be inclinded to believe that there wasn't an 02' cobra, BUT there was... i'm especially fond of it, because it is right hand drive and was only sold in Austrailia. It is pretty nice looking.
gotta love Austrailians getting first drive of a car that finds home in the U.S.
