welcome...mods will depends on what you want to do with the car...what is your goal with the car? to actually race it (i.e. drag, autox, track, etc) or do you just want something with a little more pep as far as daily driving on the street?

then your best bet would be something along the lines of a C&L intake, Borla Cat-Back Exhaust, and a tune using SCT xcal2...
if you want a little bit more than that and don't care about sacrificing gas mileage, then go with some rearend gears; most around here would say 4.10's, myself included...Do you know if you have 3.27 or 3.55 rearend gears? 07's have the option for 3.55's (05 and 06's have 3.55's standard), so if you have 3.55's already, i would suggest a 4.10 as a 3.73 wouldnt make a whole lot of difference...if you have 3.27's, then i would choose either 3.73 or 4.10's as either would be a pretty good improvement in low-end acceleration...again, changing the gears will reduce your gas mileage...
and one last mod that will make it feel a little quicker from a shifting standpoint would be a short throw shifter by Pro 5.0, Steeda or Roush...MGW is making one too, but i dont know of anyone that is running them on a new Mustang...hope this wasnt too convoluted for you lol...

Welcome to ME. The first upgrade/only thing I've done with mine is the install of Pypes axle back exhaust. How about some pictures!!! Tell us a little about the car.
