Help Me Figure Out Where This Goes

These piece was in a bag we labeled "Engine Mount Left Side (Driver Side)" however we do not have any pictures of how the part goes or what the purpose of it is. We have an idea of what it might be used for but do not wish to install it the way we have it and then figure out once it's done that it is wrong.

The picture is attached below. We have went and looked at two 1996 Mustangs and we couldn't find this piece in either of them. Both were 5 speeds though... not sure if that matters.

It holds the drivers side o2 sensor up that goes into the header
