I am looking into either turbo, twin turbo, or supercharging my 2000 Mustang. It is a 5-speed, V6. What do you recommend for the setup? What all do I need to do to prepare for it?

For now unless you build the piping and the kit yourself, there are no turbo kits anymore.

ok, what is the best setup for a super then? What all needs to be done? Are there any complete kits that come with basically everything needed?

Can u run a Supercoupe setup on a Twin-port 3.8? would be the cheapest... but a turbo setup would be the way I would go...

Procharger has a 11psi system, you will need fuel upgrades like injectors and pump, if you dont want to do one wheel burn outs you'll need a t lock, if you want more boost with added safety and forged bottom end, P&P top end with better cam, then you'll need more fuel upgrades, you'll probably need to upgrade the SC, upgraded rear end, double pump tank, etc.
Kinda need to know what your goals are to give you the best idea.

supercoupe set up is usually rather expensive, yes, it is a bit cheaper than other alternatives, but you get a LOT less power for the effort and then that system is pretty much maxed out.
Turbo is still a very viable option, you just need to find a good welder or pipe shop and start making measurements/dimensions. Piecing together the components is very easy.

I basically want more power than just standard bolt-ons will give me. I have a T-lock and 3.73 gears in mind and are then next thing I will do. So I will have to upgrade my injectors and fuel pump. What about the TB? Can I run the 11 psi system without forged internals or will it eventually cause a lot of damage? Also on the Pro-charger H.O. kit, it says it includes everything, and I don't need to upgrade the fuel system. Which i thought was hard to believe.

Stock TB is fine, you can upgrade it if you want but it will only move the bottle neck further down the line. You would have to optimize the entire air pathway to get any real benefit but then it will be big. Don't know on the H.O. kit, it might come with fuel upgrades, but it's pretty much impossible to do that without adding more fuel and your stock injectors and pump will max long before 11psi.

Ok so I go with 42lb injectors and which fuel pump? Do I need to change headers and cats because of the new system?
So after the Super, I will need a dyno tune, correct? I live in Mid-Missouri and I don't know any good tuners around.

you need the focus 310lph fuel pump
You would make more power with a free flowing exhaust(H or X-pipe and free flowing mufflers)
Yes you should get a dyno tune go to this link I have below and on the right enter your zipcode and select like 50 miles away and when results come up look for a shop with a dyno
SCT Flash Devices - MORE Power . . . Period!
Worst cas scenario you can get a mail order tune from VMP link below
VMP Tuning - Ford SCT & GM HPT Custom Tuning - Mobile Dynojet

on the fuel pump, would it work to put in a GT 40 super car fuel pump? They put out 255lph, or should I go dual pumps with this option?
