Your headlights are 9007's, that's what will fit, none of the others will fit.

My personal experience with headlights and foglights are to just buy the Sylvania Silverstars, these are the best ones I have found so far for driving and looks both.
I tried several sets of bulbs, HID simulators and everything and all of them sucked driving at night, you couldn't see anything but reflectors and signs.

As far as I know the numbers for headlights in 94-04 mustangs are 9007 for the headlights. For the foglights I can't tell you off the top of my head because I have different lights now in my Roush bumper.

They give a true white light, not blue. The blue is only good for having blue headlights, they suck at night and especially in the rain.
If you want HID's buy a HID conversion kit, the only way to really get the true HID look.

You can get them from Wally World and any of the car parts stores. They run about 20 a piece for the headlights, but worth it IMO. I finally had my first one go out the other day, 5 years, not too shabby for a headlight.

Just remember you may get a different "look" out of those headlights but you won't get better performance. Any time you tint a bulb you get less light out. You may think it is brighter because of the color difference but in reality it won't be.
