Posi, T-Lock, Limited slip?

Are they all the same. Also what brand should I buy? I am looking at Auburn Gear Pro series Limited Slip Differential right now. I need something so I don't spin off the line. I know Auburn is a good product. What do you think? What do you recommend?

As for what brand, Auburn is a fine product, Detroit is another.
