Something I found online
Accufab will be releasing two new throttle bodies for the '99-'04 Mustang 3.8's. Two sizes will be avaialble, a 65MM and a 70MM. Naturally, these new TB's will be polished billet like all the rest of the Accufab throttle bodies. We have been testing them on some local Mustangs and they work great. No dyno numbers yet but the flow numbers look impressive. The stock TB flows 509 CFM (naturally aspirated), the 65MM Accufab flows 651 CFM (+28% over stock) and the 70MM flows 711 CFM (40% over stock). We should have pricing nailed down by early next week.
Accufab, Inc.

It's nice...if you have the heads and intakes to flow the air, otherwise it's a waste

I mean, it's a good product, but you can't just remove one bottleneck from the system and expect immediate gains. If someone has heads or ported intakes, it might be worth it for them, I'd also recommend headers for someone doing this as you will free air on both sides of the engine.
