we need to start planning to get it going for our next meet once spring gets here. Any ideas?

I don't think I can't do it...my finances went to shit having to move like I did...
But I think this thread was just to get next spring kick started...even though next month needs finalizing for those that are going for sure.

Ok, this isn't for the spring...but for the fall. I would like to get something together for the adirondack nationals car show in lake george, ny next year. It is labor day week every year. If we were to do this, we would need to start getting rooms reserved ASAP after they start taking reservations in jan or feb. My old car club goes every year and always gets the entire back of the holiday inn there...and usually gets a discounted rate. I can get in touch with them and get the code and we could all meet up with them and chill. It was a pretty good party every year...

^^ Rooms are usually ~$80 a night....4 per room for the 3 days we would be in lake george. I would like to make it a full week and do a niagara falls trip in there as well....which would be about $40 a night for a couple nights

Well, it is just an option....but...throwing the idea out there for everyone to think about. Beautiful area...awesome show...great time...could just make it a leave wednesday come back sunday event...the show is thursday check in...friday/saturday show and cruise...sunday leave.
But yeah, it would be car related...killer classic cars as it is a classic car only show...with a 2 day cruise of all show cars...and there are more cars in town than in the show as it is a limited entry show. Good times...

we need to meet somewhere near an airport so people flying in could meet up with us or at least someone near an airport that can pick them up as they go where ever it is.

gatlinburg is a nightmare on cars if you get a cabin... we couldnt we wouldnt be able to get to the cabin and we all couldnt park there lol.
