I know what you mean. But, look at it this way, you have 9 more months to figure it out. I'm reserving the rooms next month no matter what...then I will cancel any we don't use as the time comes. This thread is mostly to get people thinking about it...

yeah i'm actually gonna put in for tentative time off so that i can secure that week (with my job, its next to impossible to get any time off near the end of the year)
