It depends no how you wish to go about it. You can drain just the radiator and change about 2 gallons of it~ There will still be some left in the system.
Since your car has NEVER had it changed (which is not good) you can pull the plugs on each side of the block and rain more of it. I would do this. The only downside is getting the air out of the system. You can get a shop to vacuum the system and suck the coolant back into the engine and this works very well~ but you will be paying for a coolant change at a shop. I would flush it out as well with some distilled water before putting new coolant in it.
Run the 50/50 premix that mixes with any coolant type. DO NOT put tap water in your engine. You can rinse it out with it if you must but dont let it stay in there.
