So i want to do gauges next. i dont like the Boost Overlay, i want a Boost/Vac and Wideband A/F gauge right in my line of sight. i hear the Autometer Ultralights match, or others have gone with SpeedHut gauges with good matching results, however SpeedHut is like raping price-wise right now, i dont remember them ever being that expensive (havent looked at them since i had the GST).
Btw i am getting a Steggy Stage4 ported blower w/2.8" pulley for 700$ shipped. soon ill pick up a 2.76" upper pulley and a 4lb lower, and a tune (which is why i want a wideband just to be safe, i never trust others work) and perhaps a BAP just to be even more on the safe side, likely overkill with just a ported setup but im not going to take the chance.

I'm just ported with 60# injectors and my pumps are 100% duty at 5k....you need a bap with a 2.76 and 4# unless you stay stock injectors...which may not be enough...it depends from car to car.

do you know what your IDC (Injector Duty Cycles) were? How much power did you make with the 3.1"/6lb combo?
could belt-slip become an issue? if so, should i pulley down to a 2.93" and go with say, a 8lb lower? i wanna hit 500whp but only if i can do it safely.

I should be at 500, and am depending on my correction factor...but I have several things working against me that have been given as reason I am not. I am at 491/498 SAE...I have the TB on the dresser and accufab plenum on the gun cabinet...just too much going on right now to get it on and get the tune checked...but the pumps will still be maxed..although he messed with the pump voltages so they may max out later than 5k now...I just haven't had time.
As for slip, I suggest going 2.93/4# instead of the 2.76/4#. 2.93/4# with the port and single blade is claimed to be guaranteed 500. I am running the same boost level with my 3.10/6# combo...just with the stock TB and plenum...and pumps bitching...worse case I would go 2.93/6#....but that will be way over spinning the eaton...I'm pushing 17ish PSI depending on the temp outside...and you will see my IATs on the datalog I believe. I never tried the stockers just swapped in the 60's right off the bat.
As for my IDC's, I don't have them in the data log...unless I am just blind, but my mind is fried right now. Here is my log...the WOT deal starts somewhere around 90 seconds...you can tell as the FPDC goes flatline.
And if you don't know....you need SCT Live Link to view the datalog...should be a dumb statement...but...who knows.

hrm, maybe i will pick up the injectors as well, just in case. prolly wont do anything till springtime, just had to pick up the blower now with that good a deal. did you get them used or new and if so, from who?
btw hang in there soldier! Theres only a month and a half left to what seems like your year of hell, once you are through you can put 2007 behind and start anew.

csv actually opens with excel, but it won't mean shit as it will just be numbers. Download live link...it is free...and you can see all the numbers graphically and such. It is nice.
I got the injectors new...they were flow matched so they were about $100 more than normal. I am not sure where they came from....Cody ordered them...not sure where from.
Yeah, should be interesting...odd years have always been good...evens have always been shitty as hell.

autometer lunar series with a separate dimmer to tone them down a touch would match best as far as autometer go.
