Stangwires has a nice product. Highly recommend them I have had them for 15000 miles now and they are in great shape. The boots look brand new and the color has stayed.

Find someone who still has FRPP wires..best bang for the buck and you can still get them in cool colors if you wish. I have the blues on my car.

oem will be fine but for the price you can get something like MSD or what not. As far as plugs go OEM ford. Make sure they are gapped correctly and what not. Also make sure they are the correct heat range~ and type (probably copper)

ford racing I think now makes a set to fit right up with what you have if I remember right. You just take ONE wire off at a time and change the plug then put the new wire on after matching it up to the one you took off. That is the key ONE wire at a time. Twist the wires and pop em off the plugs. Use a little of the greese stuff you put on them and snap the new ones back down on the plugs. You will hear a click when they are on good. I wouldnt worry to much about the size of the wires. Just get the ford racing ones~

On the v6 you won't notice a difference till you start gapping differently and there's no need to do that until you have some serious mods.
