It's how people talk when talking about drag racing. Anything within 10.XXX is a ten second run, and anything within 11.XXX is an eleven second run.

Exactly. Doesn't matter if it is 10.999, it is still a 10 second run. Very impressive.

I love z06's only vette worth owning. I thought about one before my 03... but no room and they cost more and were more expensive to mod so I gave up on em.

Um... actually, engine wise, the SBC is one of the cheapest engines to make power from

BIG +1^ it's far cheaper to mod a LSX than a modular Ford, in parts and labor. hell you can do a cam swap in a truck in 2 1/2 hours. "I've done it"

last time i checked, trucks were not LSx motors, and last time i checked, you had to basically pull the LSx from the chevy to do anything to the motor itself.

From my understanding Chevy trucks use LS motors. I know many use the 6 liter truck block because its stonger than the Aluminum ones. 350 = cheap to mod. LS motor = great, but expensive to mod. On way is it cheaper to make big power from a LS motor than it is with a factory S/C Modular motor unless maybe you want to spray the hell out of it.
