Hello all, i just bought a 04 Gt totally stock. this is my first muscle car (had been driving 4 cycl imports for the past 3 yrs) and i dont know a whole lot about them and im looking to start out with just a few beginning mods so im open to all suggestions if you got them. thanks

The help is appreciated. Im trying to decide what some of the first mods i can do should be, i was thinkin CAI, short shifter, gears, exhaust. are these good things to start off with and what would be the best order to do these ?

if I was you i would go...
CAI + exhaust
short shifter
gears + chip + tune

And yeah, first I'd go like Wi said.. CAI and exhaust. I'm on the exhaust step myself on mine.

very good to start off with
Shorty headers + short throw shifter, everything else bone stock, even tires= 14.036@99.98 on a 2.10 60'

Welcome. Short shifter is definitely the first mod I would do. I suggest MGW. I had a Pro 5.0 but switched it and like the MGW much more.
